A setting designed to help you fully switch off
Tucked away in the Welsh countryside, this retreat takes place across a collection of beautifully designed private houses, surrounded by open land, trees, and flowing water.
Each house offers:
• Its own kitchen and shared living space
• A private hot tub for slow evenings under the sky
• Space to wake, move, and rest in your own time

Set across a collection of beautifully designed countryside houses, this retreat offers something many don’t: space.
Rather than a single shared building, you’ll stay in a smaller house, creating a calmer, more personal environment throughout the weekend.
Everything is set within close proximity, so while you have space to yourself, the experience still feels connected, with shared moments throughout the day bringing everyone together.
With fewer people in each space, there’s room to slow down properly, whether that’s enjoying a quiet morning, unwinding in the hot tub, or simply having time to yourself when you need it.
Surrounded by nature, open landscapes, and access to the river, the setting becomes part of the experience, supporting a deeper sense of rest, privacy, and ease.

From Nature to Plate
Step outside and into the landscape around you with a gentle, guided foraging experience alongside our retreat chef, before returning to create something beautiful together.
This is a chance to reconnect with food in a completely different way: slower, more intentional, and deeply rooted in nature.
The experience ends with a relaxed, seasonal meal, shared and unhurried, set against the backdrop of the countryside.

Heat & Cold River Ritual
A guided experience designed to reset your system and bring you fully into the present moment.
Move between the warmth of an outdoor sauna overlooking the river and the freshness of cold water — whether that’s a cool shower or a brief, optional dip.
You’ll be gently guided throughout, with space to move at your own pace, creating an experience that feels both invigorating and deeply grounding.

Fire & Unwind Evening
As the light fades, we gather around the fire.
Wrapped in blankets, with something warm in hand, this is a space to slow down, reflect, and simply be.
There’s no pressure to share, just an opportunity to unwind, breathe deeply, and let the day settle.

A guided meditation experience set within a protected natural space.
Surrounded by open air, quiet, and the sounds of nature, this is a chance to fully pause: away from distraction, expectation, or noise.
Simple, grounding, and deeply restorative.

Time to Be Looked After
As part of your weekend, you’ll receive a 30-minute treatment: a moment carved out just for you to fully switch off.
Time to relax, restore, and be taken care of.

Alongside these moments, there is space:
Time to sit in the hot tub as the sun goes down.
Time to walk, rest, journal, or do nothing at all.
