Emma Bate

Founder & CEO

​With 16 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry, Emma works from a place of passion with everybody she practises with. She combines the physical element of movement and exercise, alongside the mindset and mental attitude, and tops this off with a lighting up of the soul. For her, breathwork and tuning into yourself were always the missing ingredients when she found herself in the corporate world of Fitness and Coaching. Her work and practices are now very much inspired by nature and cyclical living. 
So give yourself some time to press pause on life, breathe and enjoy some time to practice on the mat with her.

Adele Brazeau-Feeley

Yoga & Pilates Teacher

Adèle is a passionate French Canadian yoga teacher and holistic practitioner with experience teaching various styles of yoga. Committed to making yoga accessible to everyone, Adèle inspires others to cultivate wellbeing and connection through their practice. Adèle looks forward to seeing you in the studio, answering your questions and offering classes, workshops, treatments and more.

Valeria Bidoli

Yoga Teacher & Holistic Therapist

With a unique blend of scientific expertise and holistic wisdom, Valeria offers a fresh and transformative approach to well-being. She is an experienced life coach and holistic therapist and a yoga teacher. 
Passionate about personal growth and well-being, Valeria creates meaningful, tailored experiences through her classes and workshops. Whether you seek improved mobility, faster recovery, or a deeper connection to yourself, she will support you on your journey - one breath at a time.

Kiran Bal

Yoga Teacher

Kiran’s classes are uplifting and inclusive, blending energising flows with pranayama, mudras and mantras to help you feel the deeper benefits of yoga. She always creates space for everyone to feel safe and supported, with options to suit all bodies and all levels.
With over a decade of experience working in mental health as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Kiran believes in the power of connecting body and mind to find a sense of inner peace.

Jasmin Murrock

Yoga Teacher

Jasmin has a deep love for yin yoga and the sense of stillness, balance, and restoration it cultivates. Off the mat, she channels her creativity through art and illustration, viewing the creative process as another pathway to mindfulness. You’ll often find her with her two dogs or recharging by the ocean, where a cold water swim offers clarity and renewal. For Jasmin, yoga, nature, and creativity are all essential practices for fostering connection, calm, and presence in everyday life.

Mieka Fryatt

Yoga Teacher

With a deep passion for mental health and holistic wellbeing, Mieka approaches yoga as far more than a physical practice — it’s a journey toward inner balance, emotional healing, and self-awareness. Having fallen in love with yoga many years ago, she now feels privileged to guide others along their own paths.

Mieka's teaching style weaves together movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to nurture both body and mind, creating a supportive space where students can reconnect with themselves. Whether someone steps onto the mat to relieve stress, deepen self-awareness, or support their mental wellness, Meika meets them exactly where they are — and helps them grow from there.

Off the mat, she enjoys reading, long walks in nature with her dogs, spending time with friends and family, and dancing whenever there's a good beat.

Jo Hunt

Pilates Teacher

Jo has been practicing Pilates for many years, but it was during her first pregnancy that she truly connected with the method. Pilates provided significant relief from pelvic pain, and this experience sparked a deeper passion for the practice. Four years ago, Jo decided to take that passion further by training as a Pilates instructor, with the goal of sharing its many benefits with others. As a 4th generation Pilates teacher, she delivers contemporary classes that thoughtfully incorporate elements of the classical repertoire. Jo is especially passionate about women’s health and holds specialist qualifications in Pilates for menopause, as well as pre- and postnatal Pilates.

Emma Waller

Yoga Teacher

Emma is a busy mum of three who finds balance amidst the chaos of family life through yoga. For her, the mat is a space to reconnect, gain clarity, and challenge both body and mind. She brings creativity and playfulness to her practice, exploring movement with curiosity and joy.

As a life coach, Emma has witnessed the transformative power of mindset and breath work in how we show up each day. She sees yoga as the meeting point of breath, movement, and mindset—cultivating focus, energy, and presence that carries into everyday life.

Off the mat, Emma enjoys time with her family, cooking, cheering from the sidelines at sports events, and embracing the outdoors—whether in the mountains or paddle boarding on the water whenever she gets the chance.

She looks forward to sharing time on the mat—moving, growing, and discovering joy together.
