​Terms and Conditions of Class Passes
A class pass is issued with each individual purchase or a set of four or eight classes.
A single class pass is valid for one month, a class pass of four is valid for 2 months and a class pass of eight classes is valid for 3 months from the date of payment.
Class passes are not transferrable between students.
Classes will not be credited if the pass expires.
Class passes will not be refunded, but may be extended under extenuating circumstances.
We appreciate that life can get busy and unexpected events can happen. However, A TWENTY FOUR hour cancellation policy applies to all classes. If you are unable to attend your class with less than twenty hours notice, you will be charged with your class pass. If you cancel outside of the twenty four hours, your pass will remain on your account for future bookings.
​Terms and Conditions of Loyalty Club
After attending your 12th class (this must be the same type of class e.g 12 one hour classes, or 12 thirty minute classes), one single class pass will be added to your account.
The class pass added will reflect the same type of class attended e.g 12 one hour classses will give an additional one hour class pass.
The extra class pass added cannot be transferred between students.
The extra class pass has no cash value so cannot be refunded or exchanged for another service.
You must have attended the studio for all 12 of your classes (a late cancellation or no show does not count towards the 12.)
The loyalty club can be removed at any point by studio discretion.
Terms and Conditions of Workshops.
All workshops are to be paid in advance.
Should you need to cancel a workshop, you will need to contact us directly on soulfulsantcuaryinfo@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date of the event. We do not issue refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days unless a doctor has stated that you cannot attend the event and provided a note.
A full refund will be issued if the workshop is cancelled by the studio.
If you would like to transfer your reservation to another client, you should email us to update the records at least 48 hours before the event.
Soulful Sanctuary reserves the right to cancel the event or workshop at any time. If the event or workshop is cancelled prior to the starting date, it may be rescheduled and if students cannot attend the new course or workshop, 100% refunds will be made, or the option of being transferred to another workshop or course of equal value.
Soulful Sanctuary is not responsible for any costs, such as transportation, accommodation or any additional loss.
Bookings and Waitlists
We strongly recommend that you book your class in advance as we have a limited number of spaces. If the class is fully booked you can join the waitlist. Please note, you will need to have a valid payment option to join.
If you are on the waitlist and a space opens up (due to a cancellation) you will receive a notification. That space will then be available on a first come first serve basis to all those on the waiting list.
​Terms and Conditions of One to One Sessions and Treatments
Sessions must be paid for in advance. Any changes to class times, or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the start time of the session. Please note your teacher/therapist may have commitments straight after, so start times and end times must be adhered to. If the client (you), is late for the session, your teacher/therapist will try to teach the full session time but reserves the right to finish the session at the agreed time. If your teacher/therapist is less than 20 minutes late, the missed time will be added onto a future session. If more than 20 minutes, you will have the right to a free one to one session.
Studio Etiquette
​Time Keeping
You must arrive on time for the session you have booked. We have 15 minutes between most classes to give you ample time to check-in, change and get settled. The door will be locked 1 minute before the class is due to start, so if you do not arrive by this time, the teacher will be unable to admit you to the building, and you will therefore miss your class. You will not be refunded for this session.
​In the Practice Area
Studio mats can be used free of charge, or you can bring your own mat. You must wipe-clean the studio mat after use. Spray bottles and wiping cloths are provided.
Personal Belongings
All students are responsible for their own belongings and Soulful Sanctuary does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items. All items left behind will be stored in ‘Lost & Found’. Please contact us if you think you might have left something at the studio. Items will be kept for one month and anything left unclaimed will be given to charity.
