I am a firm believer that Yoga is not something you just do on the mat, but is very much a way of living.
This approach is what most inspired me to delve further into my own yoga practice, and this now inspires my teachings too.
Throughout my journey of life, whether it be on a professional level as a Teacher, or a personal level as a Mother, community has come through as one of the most important aspects of life. And this is where Soulful Sanctuary was born from: A desire to create a community that feels like a family.

I sincerely hope that the vision for Soulful Sanctuary not only comes across at the studio, and within our classes, but also via our product offerings too. So for this reason, all of the handwritten artwork that you see on the products has been designed by my own family (my wonderful Sister-In-Law), and the slogans shared not only represent who we are as a brand, but also that element of taking some of the essence of yoga off your mat and into life with you.
