Beginners Yoga
A vinyasa flow based class aimed at those who are newer to the practice, or would benefit from a slower approach. The class focuses on the fundamental aspects of yoga, an introduction of poses, and the alignment, as well as beginning to connect the movement with the breath. This class gives a great foundation into all of the other classes offered.

Pilates
A mat based class that incorporates a series of slow, precise movements designed to strengthen your core muscles and improve your flexibility, restoring the body back to balance. Suitable for all levels.

Breath & Flow
A vinyasa based yoga class that co-ordinates movement with the breath to flow from pose to pose, which once strung together creates a fluid sequence of movement. With no set sequence of certain amount of poses to include, it can mean no two classes are ever the same. It's a great class for increasing range of movement, while improving strength and relieving stress Suitable for all levels.

Restore & Renew
A restful practice that holds yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga.

Breathe & Restore
A wonderfully constructed class designed to help move and restore the body and the mind, comprising of a slow vinyasa flow, finished off with some restorative poses and slightly extended savasana.

Slow Flow
A slower vinyasa based class that gives the opportunity to find space between the poses, whilst still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Providing a slower, more intention pace, this class is suitable for all abilities
