What's Included

Everything across the weekend has been intentionally designed as a curated wellness experience, supporting your body, mind, and daily rhythm from start to finish.

Alongside daily movement, rest, and nourishment, you’ll also experience a series of signature moments and self-guided wellness practices woven throughout the weekend.
